أولاً: خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام
إذا تبيّن وجود عيب صناعة في المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلامك، يمكنك طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بسهولة.
سيتم فحص المنتج من قِبل الوكيل المعتمد وإصدار تقرير فني يؤكد وجود العيب.
بمجرد استلام التقرير، نبدأ فورًا بإجراءات المرتجع أو الاستبدال.
نتحمّل نحن تكاليف الشحن بالكامل في حالة ثبوت وجود عيب صناعة.
بعد مرور 14 يوم وحتى نهاية فترة الضمان
في حال ظهور أي مشكلة بعد مرور 14 يوم، يتم التواصل مباشرة مع الوكيل المعتمد طبقًا لشروط الضمان الخاصة بالمنتج.
نحن نساعدك في الوصول لمركز الخدمة أو الوكيل المعتمد لتيسير الخدمة.
تكاليف الشحن
نتحمل تكاليف الشحن ذهابًا وعودة فقط في حالة وجود عيب صناعة مثبت.
أما في حالة فحص المنتج وثبوت أنه سليم وخالٍ من العيوب، يتحمّل العميل تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بإرسال المنتج وإرجاعه.
ملاحظات هامة قبل الاستخدام
ننصح بشحن المنتجات التكنولوجية لمدة ساعتين على الأقل قبل أول استخدام.
في حال الشك بوجود عيب، يُرجى تجربة المنتج مع جهاز أو شاحن مختلف لتأكيد العيب قبل طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.
المرتجعات غير المقبولة
حفاظًا على سلامة باقي العملاء وجودة المنتجات، لا يمكننا قبول استرجاع أي منتج تم فتحه أو استخدامه لمجرد تغيير الرأي، ما لم يكن به عيب صناعة مؤكد.
المنتجات المفتوحة تُعتبر "مستخدمة"، ولا يمكن إعادة بيعها كمنتجات جديدة.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.
In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
