Delivery and Returns

Within 14 days of receipt If a manufacturing defect is found in the product within 14 days of your receipt, you can easily request a replacement or return.
The product will be inspected by an authorized dealer and a technical report will be issued confirming the defect. Once the report is received, we will immediately begin the return or exchange process. We will bear the full shipping costs if a manufacturing defect is proven. After 14 days and until the end of the warranty period.
If any problem appears after 14 days
You will be contacted directly by the authorized dealer in accordance with the product's warranty terms. We will assist you in reaching a service center or authorized dealer to facilitate service.
Shipping costs
We only cover return shipping costs if there is a proven manufacturing defect. If the product is inspected and found to be intact and free of defects, the customer bears the shipping costs for sending and returning the product.
